Vision
NGOs, NPOs, initiatives are the piles of civil society. Wildlife conservation, national parks, institutes and related companies strive for a future worth living. But fighting for good also means difficult challenges.
We therefore believe those organizations need tools that make them strong, resistant and independent. Functional focus on their requirements, digital sovereignty and data governance don’t come along with conventional data processing and CRM solutions. We fill this gap with passion and well-proven expertise.
„We are bringing the best piece of Open Source CRM to the continent”
CiviHub Africa and CiviCRM come with a living, friendly ecosystem and worldwide community of Developers and user organizations. We aim for bringing African organizations in touch with both. We help with implementing CiviCRM for their important work.

Local engagement and B-BBEE certification
We are deeply impressed of the workforce, service orientation and kindness of African people. On the other hand, we see how big social and economical gaps are and that inequality is still a structural problem in African countries. Though coming from abroad we don’t want to step into these footprints.
We therefore have made three major promises to our endeavor:
- Education of black local CiviCRM developers
- Fostering a local community and exchange on CiviCRM and Open Source
- From 2031 on: Give away 51% of our company to the best bidding black investors from our liaison program, who embody the values of CiviCRM and Open Source and commits to foster those who do good.
We are constantly shaping our company structures to meet the requirements of B-BBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) certification.
